All items including, but not limited to, application forms, transcripts, reference letters, resumes, software, and any accompanying documentation or works of art (collectively “the Items”), forwarded to the Institute* by any person (the “Sender”) whether at the request of the Institute or otherwise, become the exclusive property of the Institute unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Institute, and the Institute shall be under no obligation whatsoever to return the Items to the Sender. At the Institute’s discretion, the Items may be destroyed after being reviewed.
DigiPen Institute of Technology Europe-Bilbao reserves the right to make changes to the curricula, calendar, and Course Catalog without any prior notice.
The course offerings and requirements of DigiPen Institute of Technology Europe-Bilbao are under continual examination and revision. The most recent edition of the Course Catalog supersedes any previous edition of the Course Catalog published for the same academic year. This catalog is not a contract; it merely presents the offerings and requirements in effect at the time of publication and in no way guarantees that the offerings and requirements will not change. The Institute specifically reserves the right to change requirements for any major during any particular year. The individual student assumes full responsibility for compliance with all current academic requirements. Current course offerings may be obtained from the Office of the Administration.
